- This skate weight features a retractable Velcro pocket that can hold up to 3 steel weights. Each senior set allows for adjustable weights of 120, 240 and 360 grams, while each junior set allows for adjustable weights of 100, 200 and 300 grams.
- Start using ½ of your training time and gradually improve. As you use the weight on your skates, your leg tone, leg strength and leg speed will increase. By prolonging the use of skate weights you will build peak fitness and endurance.
